Annual Membership Program
The Northwest Ambulance District membership entitles head of household and dependents (spouse, children you support) the use of the rescue squad with NO out-of-pocket expense.

This membership does not exempt Medicare and/or other insurance carriers from being billed.
​
Northwest Ambulance District provides 9-1-1 Services to Geneva City, and the Townships of Geneva, Harpersfield, Austinburg, and Trumbull.
1 Year NAD Membership - Silver Supporter
20$Entitles head of household and dependents the use of the ambulance with NO out of pocket expense.Valid for 12 months- * Medicare and/or other insurances will still be billed
- Silver Supporter includes a Yearly Membership
1 Year NAD Membership - Gold Supporter
30$Membership covers head of household and dependents for use of squad with no out of pocket expenseValid for 12 months- * Medicare and other insurances will still be billed
- Gold Supporter includes Yearly Membership and $10 donation
1 Yr NAD Membership - Platinum Supporter
50$Entitles head of household and dependents the use of the ambulance with NO out of pocket expense.Valid for 12 months- *Medicare and/or other insurances will still be billed
- Platinum includes Yearly membership and $30 donation
This membership is not needed to receive our ambulance care.
